Fortex GG Product Family Gains Another International Reference with EPD Certification

As Türkiye’s first and largest geogrid manufacturer, we have added another milestone to our pioneering efforts in the geosynthetics industry. Our Fortex GG geogrid product family has obtained an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) certification, verified by KIWA, an independent Testing, Inspection and Certification body and a member of ECO Platform, and is now listed in the international ECO Portal EPD database.

An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is a standardized document that transparently presents the environmental impacts of a product throughout its life cycle in accordance with internationally recognized standards. Verified by independent organizations, EPD certifications are widely recognized references for sustainability, transparency, and environmental performance.

The EPD certification of our Fortex GG product family demonstrates that the environmental performance data of our products has been assessed in accordance with international standards. Our certification has been published on ECO Portal, where EPD documents from around the world are made publicly accessible, providing international visibility and access.
