In just 12 years since its establishment, İstanbul Teknik has earned the title of "industrialist" with the factory it built in Çorlu, becoming Türkiye's leading producer of geosynthetic products. Continuously enhancing its production capacity and product diversity, İstanbul Teknik now operates in its modern technology-equipped factory in Bolu, which spans 30,000 square meters, producing 11 main product groups.
All standard controls and technical analyses for the production processes of İstanbul Teknik's products, from raw materials to finished goods, are conducted and reported in the Quality Control Laboratory located within the factory. The test data obtained for each product is transparently shared with users through İstanbul Teknik’s implemented "I Trust My Quality" system.
As a company pioneering the industry in many areas, İstanbul Teknik supports its sustainable production approach through the Solar Power Plant (SPP) located at its manufacturing facility and supplies a portion of the energy used in production processes from renewable energy sources.
Thanks to the system consisting of 1,186 solar panels with an installed capacity of 652.3 kWp, approximately 18% of the factory’s total energy demand is directly supplied by solar energy.
This investment, which is expected to contribute to the reduction of approximately 440 tons of carbon emissions annually, supports İstanbul Teknik’s environmentally conscious and sustainable production vision.
