Our Pioneering Works That Do Not Harm the Nature of Marble

Marble strengthening epoxy products are products that we have developed in our own organization in order to repair the capillary cracks that marble has and to reduce the damages that may occur during transportation to zero.

Marble is obtained from countless reserves in our country and in the world. The strengthening epoxy products to be applied to the obtained marbles should also differ in terms of ease of use and suitability for marble. As Istanbul Technical Construction, various marble strengthening products have been developed in our R&D Laboratory, taking into account the demands of our customers and according to the environmental conditions of the application areas, in order to keep the quality at the highest level. At the same time, our company continues to develop continuously with each passing period due to its innovative aspect.

As a step of continuous development studies, the technical properties of epoxy products are determined with the test equipment in our laboratory and product development studies are carried out.

With Viscosity Determination, we eliminate the problems that may occur during application by numerically reaching the different fluidity levels required by our customers in different regions due to the climate changes. Our epoxy marble strengthening products are two-component and the components must completely react with each other in order for curing to occur. We increase the efficiency during application by determining the reaction times with the determination of the drying time. At the same time, we consciously develop our products in line with the periods requested by the application teams.

After epoxy stabilizers are applied to marble products, they are exposed to UV rays emitted by the sun, rainwater and moisture during transportation. Our UV device detects the long-term exposure in the form of aging in a short time by sending rays of a certain wavelength to the products in line with the determined international standards and by sprinkling with the spray system. Accordingly, in line with the results obtained, we make our products UV resistant and extend their service life. At the same time, we have developed maximum strength by determining the retention of marble with the strength tests we apply to our products.

We are progressing with more efficient and determined steps by strengthening our infrastructure every day with all the test studies we carry out.
