TekDrain ZMN Drainage Board is the protective layer produced from high density polyethylene (HDPE), resistant to plant roots and rot, separating the curtain wall from the earth, thus protecting the curtain wall and base concrete against water and humidity.
It protects the foundation concrete and reinforcement from corrosion by preventing the capillary water rising from the ground to the foundation (basement, parking lot, etc.) from
reaching the foundation. It ensures that the foundation concrete sets under suitable conditions. Contributes to extend the life of the structure.
