GeoTeknik Polyester Nonwoven Geotextiles are white colored nonwoven textile products produced by needling and heat treatment of polyester based fibers.
Due to frequent needling and superior production technology, the fibers have high order and tightness. Thanks to the raw material and production quality, it has high tensile and puncture strength.
It is resistant to microbiological and chemical effects for a long time in underground applications.
With the possibility of production up to 6 m. width, it provides material and labor savings in large areas with minimum overlap, as well as the advantage of fast application.

Use for Filter Purposes
GeoTeknik Polypropylene Nonwoven Geotextile does not allow the passage of fine grains when used between filling layers, while it acts as a filter by allowing the passage of water. Areas of use include French drainage systems, around perforated drainage pipes, retaining walls, coastal structures and green roof systems.
Separation Purposes
These geotextiles are used between coarse and fine filling materials to prevent the movement of fine particles with water between coarse particles. When used under the foundation, fine particles are laid on the ground to prevent coarse-grained fillings from being buried over time, prevent aggregate contamination and ensure that the features in the engineering design are preserved.
Protection Purposes
Due to its high puncture resistance; it is used on thermal insulation boards in terrace roof applications to protect the materials below from impacts, allows materials to work for different purposes and create integrity, and prevents the cement grout of the protection concrete from flowing down. In addition, it is preferred to protect water insulation applications in building foundations and to protect geomembranes applied in open areas from damage caused by puncture and friction. In green roof systems, it is used as an insulation protector, water and moisture retainer.
