Stabilization Applications

By placing geosynthetics materials into the ground, the bearing capacity of weak grounds is increased, the granular filling layer to be used is reduced, the life of the section is increased, different types of settlements are controlled and the loads imposed are homogenized. İstanbul Teknik currently presents technical and cost-effective solutions with its GeoTeknik non-woven geotextiles, Fortex GT woven geotextiles, Fortex GG Geogrids, Fortex GC geogrid composites and GeoCell products that are used in this field.

Highways, Railways and Airports

Fortex GG Geogrids, Fortex GC geocomposites, GeoTeknik geotextiles and ForCell GeoCells, which are used for the purpose of separation and reinforcement between foundation, sub-base and ground layers, increase bearing capacity, keep the material together and prevent fine materials from contaminating the stabilized material.

Construction

Fortex GG Geogrids, GeoTeknik Non-Woven Geotextile and ForCell Geocells are used for ground reinforcement under foundations and regulation of load distribution.

Load Distribution Platforms

They are used to transfer the loads imposed by the building to the ground improvement system such as jet grout below roads and buildings, deep improvement systems such as deep mixing, stone column, piles etc. in a more homogeneous way and to cover the lateral loads.

Temporary Roads

Fortex GG and Fortex GC are used to increase the separation and bearing capacity in between the stabilized material to be spread on weak grounds in wind power plants and temporary construction site roads.
